چکیده
Abstract This study evaluated the potential of aqueous moringa ( Moringa oleifera ) leaf extract (ME) as a prebiotic and its effect on growth performance whiteleg shrimp, Penaeus vannamei Boone, 1931. The trial probiotics in broth containing ME showed that Lactobacillus acidophilus rate was significantly higher than plantarum reuteri . Furthermore, L. exhibited also better Vibrio alginolyticus , parahaemolyticus harveyi ME. minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) bactericidal (MBC) were same against V. at concentrations 10, 7.5, 7.5 mg/ml, respectively. By contrast, ME’s MIC MBC 50 >100 scores MIC, MBC, indicated enhanced more bacteria. Six diets formulated for feeding trial; 3 contained 0 (ME0), 2.5 (ME2.5) 5.0 g/kg (ME5.0), respectively, prepared with (ME0 + P, ME2.5 ME5.0 respectively). After trial, number lactic acid bacteria gut P group control groups, but no differences found vibrio-like bacterial count among treatments. had final weight, weight gain, specific did or alone groups. Therefore, exhibits function exerts symbiotic thus increasing P.

The analysis of integumental pore pattern has identified two intraspecific groups of postlarval shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei (Boone, 1931), a species of which three to five natural populations or groups are expected to be found from Mexico to Peru. Natural distribution and man-made redistributions have not been typified on a population basis in any penaeid, but it is important to do so in this c...
